Birth of a Hero – EPK

The final proofs and Masters have been sent for the “Birth of a Hero” release. It’s now only a matter of days before all is in hand. This album will explore a different side from my past two projects which were primarily acoustic based. Birth of a Hero was written from a very spiritual place in life and therefore required more depth of instrumentation and melody in order to achieve what each song represents in this journey. I’m so excited to share these things with you.

I will be opening for Paul Thorn March 8th at the Redstone Room 8:00p.m in Davenport, IA. Everyone should jump on YouTube and check out Thorn’s stuff, he’s amazing. Thorn has toured as an opening act for Sting, John Prine, Marianne Faithful, Mark Knopfler, Robert Cray, Bonnie Raitt, Toby Keith and Jeff Beck. Super pumped to open the show for him. Just got the word the Mastering process is completed and the “Birth of a Hero” album will be going to print early next week. An official release date will be announced shortly.

I’m getting so excited to share the new album with all of you, its a slight turn from previous projects as this one will be incorporating a more “full band” sound to many of the tracks yet maintaining a strong emphasis on guitar work.  Check back often for updates as well as the official release date of the “Birth of a Hero” album.
